If you are having trouble logging on to the Members Only portion of ETA's

website, please check for the following conditions before contacting ETA:

1.

Be sure your internet connection is active

2.

Make sure your ETA Membership is up to date - email us

Be sure you are using MS Internet Explorer as your browser

4.

Check your local security settings.  Your browser security should be set to Medium.  Turn pop-up blockers off.

5.

If you are on a network, check with your network administrator.  Some networks restrict access to password protected pages that are not a part of their LAN.

6.

Make sure you have signed up for Members Only Access

If you copied and pasted your ID and/or Password, you may have picked up extra spaces.  Try entering your Members Only ID and Password manually.

8.

Your User ID is numeric (can not have letters) and is eight digits in length.  It usually (but not always) is your member number with additional zeros to make it 8 digits.  Members Only IDs start with the number "7".

9.

Your Password is a randomly assigned number that will be between six and eight digits in length.  You can request a different password.  Passwords can have both letters and numbers.  Request a password change

10.

Once you have checked all of the above concerns, email ETA to verify your ID and Password - email ETA for verification
