NTHS Offers ETA's Customer Service Specialist Certification

ETA International and the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) have partnered to offer the Customer Service Specialist (CSS) Certification to all NTHS members. The certification is an industry endorsed, world class Customer Service training program for career/tech education.

Through this partnership, NTHS schools and colleges now have access to an extraordinary instructional opportunity relevant to students, instructors, industry professionals, employers, and employees.

NTHS members, who pass the CSS certification, will receive a certificate with both the ETA logo and NTHS logo, along with a wallet card and other ETA materials.

Customer service training is fast becoming one of the most valuable skills needed in today's highly competitive workplace. HR professionals understand the critical relationship between customer focused employees and the company's bottom line.  They look for and waste no time moving CSS Certified applicants to the head of the line.
