NTHS Offers ETA's Customer Service Specialist CertificationETA International and the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) have partnered to offer the Customer Service Specialist (CSS) Certification to all NTHS members. The certification is an industry endorsed, world class Customer Service training program for career/tech education.
