ETA Online Testing System Announcement 4/23/13ETA International is proud to announce the launch of our new online system! The new system can be accessed by the following link: www.trapezaonlinetesting.com.
The new system is now available for taking online exams. It will be the replacement for the existing FreedomTest system; however, FreedomTest will remain open until July 1, 2013 to allow transitional time for becoming familiar with using the new system.
Important things to know about the improvements made to the upgraded FreedomTest version
ETA customer ID numbers will be used for login purposes as the user ID. Initially, a default password will be provided to existing customers within our company database. Any individuals with a valid e-mail address on file will be receiving an e-mail providing them with login credentials.
A few improved features offered by the new online testing system will provide customers with the opportunity of reviewing any certifications obtained from ETA. All users will be able to update profile information and view their basic customer records.
Any proctors approved to administer exams such as FOI, DCIC, or B-VoIP now have the option to complete skills documentation requirements as an online form. In addition to the traditional method of submitting skills documentation, these forms can now be electronically submitted by a secure method by pin-based signature verification. Anyone interested in electronically completing these types of documents must obtain their unique signature code by contacting Tracy Hall or Joe Maher at the ETA main office.
Enhanced payment methods are now available in addition to all former methods. Individuals now have the option to submit payment for their exam through the method of a secured debit / credit card system, which will automatically be processed to provide an immediate customer receipt confirmation.
The first step to start using the new system is to login to the testing link with the login credentials provided. Upon login, you will be prompted to update any missing profile information and required to change the login password.
